NAC is committed to promoting community development for Gunbalanya and surrounding Njanjma clan estates. Although these areas have historically suffered from high levels of unemployment and social disadvantage, NAC is committed to tackling this issue front-on, by generating business opportunities and local employment, engaging with youth, and providing clear and direct pathways towards sustainable jobs.

This strategy is in line with the priorities of Traditional Owners, and in line with the broad categories of looking after community, country and culture.
