Research Partnerships
NAC works with and contributes to several research projects that involve Njanjma people, culture and country. Through our cultural research partnerships, we have worked with anthropologists, rock art specialists and archaeologists to discover new perspectives about our culture and our ancestors. These researchers often have tools, expertise and resources that we do not and can therefore ask valuable questions and provide answers about our history, our culture and how we can work together to conserve it.
NAC therefore values the contributions made by researchers, especially when they can help us to work towards the targets set out in our Healthy Country Plan. We encourage researchers to approach us to be a part of their projects, so that we can make sure that research on Njanjma land and with Njanjma people benefits our country, culture and community.
